2005. The conference was hosted by
the Lovelace Clinic Foundation with sponsorship by the Alliance of
Community Health Plans, Lovelace Sandia Health System, the National
Cancer Institute, the Centers for Disease Control, and the Agency for
Healthcare Research and Quality.
