The 12th Annual HMO Research Network conference was
held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, May 1–3, 2006. The conference was
hosted by the Meyers Primary Care Institute with sponsorship by the
Fallon Clinic Foundation, Fallon Community Health Plan, University
of Massachusetts
Medical School, the National Cancer Institute and the Agency for
Healthcare Research and Quality. The conference was chaired by Jerry H. Gurwitz, MD,
Executive Director, Meyers Primary Care
Institute.
