Go to the secure hotel registration site for government employees to make your reservations.
  • HMORN Board of Governors
Contact Juanita Jackson to make your reservation via e-mail at jackson.juanita@ghc.org or by phone: 206-287-2933.

Toll-free: 1-800-325-3535

EXTENDED RESERVATIONS: The Sheraton is offering the group rate three days pre and post conference subject to availability. There are large groups booked in the Sheraton just before and just after HMORN. If your travel plans require early arrival or late departure, we strongly suggest you book your hotel reservation very early.

GROUP BLOCK CUT OFF: The group block closes at 5 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, April 2, 2012 or whenever the contract rooms are sold out. Please book only the rooms you reasonably expect to use. Do not book speculative rooms that you later cancel as it forces other attendees to book outside of the Sheraton block. A large number of speculative reservations cancelling just before the deadline potentially may cause the conference host to fail to meet their hotel contractual obligations.

Flights and ground transportation will be the responsibility of the attendee. A flight into Seattle’s Sea-Tac Airport will take you about 20-40 minutes by car, taxi, shuttle or light rail to the Sheraton. Taxi service to downtown can cost between $25-45 one-way. The light rail service one-way is only $2.50. The light rail station is 2 blocks away from the hotel.

Parking on-site or valet at the Sheraton is $35.25/day. See the Sheraton Seattle Hotel’s transportation page for other options.
